Bill Burns, President & Owner

 President and Owner of Burns Management and a Certified Community Association Manager with over 45 years of experience in Property Management, Residential Construction, Renovations, and Real Estate.

John Wachter, Association Manager

 A Certified Community Association Manager with an extensive background in managing large-scale construction projects and a degree in engineering. John has played a principal role at Burns Management for over 19 years.

Tracy DeNorio, Office Manager

 Office Manager and Bookkeeper of Ocean Colony for 7 years.  Tracy is responsible for the daily operations of the management office at Ocean Colony.  She also does the bookkeeping as well as the staff payroll.  Tracy is patient and has an excellent repour with the owners. 

Denise Oliver, Office Manager, and Bookkeeper

With extensive experience in customer relations, Denise also handles the day-to-day activity with the accounts payable and accounts receivable. Denise has been with our team for 13 years. Denise is also a licensed notary in the State of New Jersey.

Justin Oliver, Construction Manager / Contractor

 Justin is a skilled carpenter that came to Burns with over 15 years of experience in the field.  His work is impeccable, and he is a valued member of our team. 

Diane Snyder, On Site Manager

 Diane is a Certified Community Association Manager and is currently the on-site-property manager at 500 Bay.  Diane excels at customer relations with the owners. 

Jessica Ferzoco, On Site Manager

 Jessica is currently the on-site-property manager at Bay Club Condominium's. Jessica excels at ensuring property project's complete safely, on time, and within budget, and is also a licensed notary in the State of New Jersey.

Francis Pulaski, Bookkeeper

 Fran handles all the monthly accounting reconciliations for our properties. Fran has been a valued part of our team for over 20 years. 

Tommy Moore , Maintenance Supervisor

  Tommy is responsible for the scheduling and monitoring of the maintenance of our Associations and also meets with contractors.  Tommy is the newest and welcomed member of our team.
